Yesterday was partly fair; 0.81 in. of rain fell during the night; winds were northerly. Mean temperature, 4Gdeg. The Weather Bureau wires for. 2i hours from 9 ami. this day;—The indications arc far moderate to strong easterly winds, and backing by cast to north. Expect dull weather willi much mist and fog in parts. Bain probable. Barometer falling.
