WELLINGTON, Monday

Jn the Supreme Court Mr Justice Heed sentenced prisoners to-day. Llewellyn Price, aged 32, with a long list of previous convictions, was scnlenced lo IS months' imprisonment concurrent on two charges of false pretences, and declared an habitual criminal. Lionel Smith, for forgery and uttering, was sentenced to two \cars' reformative treatment.
