The following barometer and thermometer readings, taken from 9 a.m. dally, and weather conditions, are kindly supplied by Mr Jas, Bremnoi": Barometer. Saturday 29.90 Monday 29.95 Tnormomeier. Friday 06 'i9 Saturday . . 69 56 Barometer 29.95, with rising ency. Indications are for generally fair weather with probably an occasional shower; winds light and variable and humid conditions. Saturday and Sunday were fair with light variable winds. Mean temperature 58 degrees.
The Weather Bureau reports for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day:— "indications arc for northerly strong winds to gale, and backing by north lo west. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. Barometer falling."
