PIAKO COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF PROPOSAL TO RAISE A SPECIAL LOAN. is hereby given in terms of Section 9 of "The Local Bodies'! Loans Act, 1913," that it is proposed by the Piako County Council to raise a Special Loan for the purpose of purchasing a site and building County! Offices in Te Aroha. The sum proposed to be borrowed is Three Thousand Pounds (£3000). The proposed security for the loan is a Special Rate of one thirty-seeondth of a penny (l/32d) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable properly in the Piako County. It is proposed that the said loan shall be repayable in Thirty-six and a half years (36-} years) and that a Sinking Fund shall be provided of one per centum per annum.
