EMPIRE-GROWN PRODUCE.

DEMAND IN LONDON. (Times.) LONDON, March 15. The steady improvement in the demand for the produce of the Dominions is encouraging the owners of large shops in London to give prominence to Empire goods. New Zealand butter and honey have definitely established their position. Australian and South African jams and dried fruits have done the same and South African grapes are selling readily at Is to 2s 3d per lb. The women's Unionist organisation has been responsible for selling 5000 half-guinea boxes of a variety of samples of Empire products. The proprietors of several London stores report that their sales of Empire foodstuffs have qaudrupled* this year. Provincial grocers are also stocking increasing quantities.
