THE LIQUOR LAWS.
AN IMPORTANT RULING. HOTEL BOARDERS AND GUESTS. (United Press Association.) SYDNEY', March 16. The Stipendiary Magistrate at Bathurst gave an important decision regarding the liquor laws, lie ruled that bona-fidc hotel lodgers might invite bona-lldo guests to have drinks at the hotel bar during hours the bar was closed to the'general public.
