EFFECT OF THE BILL. CHANCELLOR’S EXPANATION. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, March 11. In the House "of Commons Air Winston Churchill said that under the Economy Bill the savings during the second year would be slightly less than the first year. Thero would be a yearly saving for the next three years of £2,750,000 on'health and insurance grants, and a weekly reduction of jd per capita in the Government's contribution to unemployment insurance.
