NORTH ISLAND TOURNAMENT.

ENTRIES CLOSE TO-NIGHT.

With the Dominion tournament now relegated to the limbo of decided matters, attention will be turned to the next item of importance. That is the North Island rinks tournament which will commence at Hamilton on Monday, February 15, and will continue throughout that week. The tournament which will be controlled by the South Auckland Centre is to be the biggest affair of its kind that has ever come this way. The executive in charge of the festival has a good grip of what is required and fine weather during that week will guarantee that everything will pass off with the maximum" of success. The entries for the tournament will close this evening with the secretary of the Centre (Mr 11. J. Wernham) at Hamilton.
