Ladies' Singles—Mrs Watkins (Hastings) defeated Mrs Johnston (Christchurch), 26 —17; Mrs Smith defeated Miss Hesketh (Auckland), 20—8: Mrs Watkins defeated Mrs O'Donnell (Wellington), 26—18; Miss Hesketh defeated Mrs Watkins, 26—19.
DUNEDIN, This day
The Handicap Singles were won by Mrs. Watkins, who beat Mrs. Pitcaithy 26 —24.
Sir Francis and Lady Wemyss beat Mesdames Magill and Stone, 26—24, in the Handicap Doubles.
