VESSEL SPEEDED UP

The Marama arrived two hours a! ead of schedule time. The steamer went full speed when over 300 miles from Sydney in order to obtain medical attention for one of the crew, G. Rainsay, who had an arm lorn off in the engine-room. As there was no doctor atoard the ship's captain attended the man, and in response to wireless the Marama was met by an ambulance and Ramsay was taken to the hospital..
