TEACHERS' SCHOOL.
CONCLUDES AT CAMBRIDGE.
SUCCESSFUL SESSION.
(By Telegraph.—Preps Association.) CAMBRIDGE, Thursday.
The Teachers' Summer School concluded its exceptionally successful sessions last night. .
Mr Caughley, Director of Education, expressed his delight at the success of the gathering, and promised it the heartiest support for the future, saying he was assured that it would result in a tremendous amount of good to the cause of education.
Yesterday the Minister for Education telegraphed his congratulations at the success of the school, and thanked the lecturers for assistance freely given, and the teachers for their earnestness and keenness for work, qualities which prompted them. lo devote portion of their holidays to the school. On Tuesday the visitors motored to Arapuni and Hora Hora power stations. The lectures and meetings were open to the pubuic, and the Town Hall was packed every night, showing the interest taken by the public. The members of the school were unanimous as lo the great value of the school, and all spent a delightful holiday.
