OUTRAGE IN DUBLIN.
BOMB IN KINEMA. BUILDING WRECKED. POLICEMAN SHOT. (Aust. and N.Z. Association.) Received Nov. 21, 11.50 a.m. DUBLIN, Nov. 20. At seven o’clock this morning a bomb completely wrecked the Masterpiece Kinema, where a British war film of Ypres was being shown. Two policemen were shot while endeavouring to ' frustrate the raiders, one seriously. v .The raiders arrived in a motor car during a fog. Few people were astir. The men entered the kinema and deposited a bomb. When the police Intervened the raiders abandoned the motor car and fled, exchanging revolver shots.
The explosion was heard all over the city. The plate glass In adjoining shop windows was shattered, and the street was littered with drapery, woodwork and glass.
