APPEAL- TO FULL COURT. (Received Nov. 20, 2.50 p.m.) SYDNEY, November 20. Acting on the recommendation of the Deportation Board, the Federal authorities have arrested Walsh and Johannsen, pending their deportation. Later in the day counsel for the. arrested men lodged an application to the Full Court for a writ of habeas corpus on their behalf, in a tinal effort to prevent deportation.
