The ripe tobacco that goes into Richmond Best comes from only the finest Kentucky fields. There is double inspection always, for both quality and ripeness. This is because Richmond Best has proved that ripe tobacco is the best. Tobacconists sell it, at 2s JOd a <ioz plug, light or dark, or 10d per oz cut.
