MARSHALL BEFORE COURT.
A REMAND GRANTED
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, Monday.
In connection with the alleged attempted bank robbery at Newmarket on the night, of Friday, November G, George Joseph Marshall (GO) made a further appearance at the court this morning.
On (he charge of being armed with a loaded revolver and with assaulting Robert Gilmore wilh intent to rob him, Marshall was remanded to appear on November 23.
