That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it, by "The, Counties Act, 1920," and "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 191. V the Waikato County Council hereby resolves by way of special order to raise, a special loan of Four Hundred Pounds over the. Rototuna Riding of the County of Waikato for the purpose of purchasing certain lands and buildings at Rototuna for a worker's dwelling, and that such loan shall be for a period of 36£ years under the instalment system under the provisions of Part 111. of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," the rate of interest being 6 per centum per annum.
