The Postmaster-General, Hon. YV. Ch Gibson, states that during the financial year ended June 30 last, 58.120 subscribers were supplied with telephones. ' This number is by far the greatest ever supplied by Ihc Commonwealth in one year. The number of services outstanding then was 8621.
