ITALY AND RUSSIA.
TREATY OF COMMERCE. RATIFIED BY THE CHAMBER. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received 10.35 a.m. ROME, June. -i. The Chamber has approved of the Italo-Russian treaty of Commerce which was signed in February. 1924. The Premier, Signor Mussolini, said lhat the results of fifteen months' working of (.lie treaty seemed satisfactory. Daly in Ihe first four months of 1925 had imported from Russia 19.000,000 lire worth of goods, ami had exported lo Russia 17,000,000 lire worth. The rejeclion of (he treaty would have serious economic and political results.
