Mark, Auckland, on THURSDAY', May 7, 1925, at 5 p.m. ’Phone 82, Cambridge. TRAIN ARRANGEMENT. A Special Train for horses is being arranged to leave Auckland for Cambridge after Auckland Trotting Meeting and will be advertised later. RULES AND REGULATIONS. All races will be run under the Rules of the New Zealand Trotting Association. Jlorses must be registered with the Association and Provident Fund Fee (£1) to be paid before nomination. Any horse after winning may be rehandicapped. / Owners of horses starting for the first time after being registered with the Association must produce their copy of thfe completed registration form to the Stipendiary Steward at this meeting. Such horses are required to be in the Bird Gage at 11 a.m. for further inspection by the Stipendiary Steward. All nominations and acceptances must be accompanied by the necessary fees, otherwise they may be deemed informal. Any entry made by telegram must be confirmed in writing forthwith giving full particulars. The Committee reserve the right to refuse any nomination and exclude any person from the ground without giving an explanation. No rider or driver will be allowed to start unless Colours, Dress and Gear are in good order, or shall be weighed out unless wearing a skull cap of the pattern approved by the Association. Rule 136.—Every owner shall register his racing colours and shall not race a horse in colours other than his registered colours except by permission of the stewards, which permission shall be granted only under special circumstances and upon payment of 10s for each time' a horse belonging to such owner starts in colours other than his registered colours. Rule 196. —Every person applying for admission to any bourse and every person entering or endeavouring to enter a horse for any race, and every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied- by Ihcse Rules and to be barred from questioning the action of the Conference, Appeal Judges, Association Chib, Racing Club or Body, Committee, Stewards, Officials, Agents or Servants in respect of any such person or horse, or any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided in Part XXX of these Rules.
