"XTOTICE is hereby given that the Ohaupo Town Board proposes tc raise a special loan under the provisions of 'The Local Bodies Loans Act 1913. The purpose for which the loan is required is to form and metal the car-riage-way and form the footway of streets or roads in the Town District of Ohaupo. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £IOOO. The proposed security for the loan is a special rate of one farthing in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable property in the Town District of Ohaupo. It is proposed that the loan shall be repayable in 36! years and to make provision for a sinking fund of one per centum per annum. It is proposed to pay out of the loan the cost of raising the loan and the interest and sinking fund for the first year. By order of the Ohaupo Town Board. Ohaupo, 30th August, 1924. E. J.
