DEADLOCK IN INDIA.

Apolitical deadlock has arisen in the Central Provinces, where the Suarajis members' of the Legislative Council, who form a majority, carried by 44 to 24 a resolution of want of confidence in the moderate-Ministers. The Council adjourned, sine ;'die> The Govc'rnor'may order another election, or assume direct administration of the transferred departments without responsibility to the Provincial Legislature.
