ADMINISTRATOR TO VIBIT N.Z.

(By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, Monday.

Major-General G. S. Richardson, Administrator of Samoa, will arrive in Auckland by the Tofua about December 4th, and will discuss with members of the Government at Auckland important matters of policy connected with Samoan affairs.

The Minister of External Affairs (the Hon. Sir Francis Bell) will take part in the conference and possibly the Hon. Sir Maui Pornare (Minister in charge of the Cook Islands).
