BIGGER MILK YIELDS. Every farmer knows that a healthy cow produces milk of a higher test than one in indifferent health. What then must be the state of the cow at calving time? It is obvious that her vitality is considerably lowered and must be quickly regained If she is to ward off such diseases as milk fever chills, bad cleansing, mam- 1 mitis, etc., and resume her normal production. While she is in this lowered condition of health her output and your profit are affected, so that in your own interests it will pay you to methodically drench every cow arter calving with Syke's Drench, the proven remedy, which will quickly bring her back to profit. Sykes' Drench purifl.es the blood and system, tones up the digestive organs, makes cows give more milk. Sold by all stores at 17s per dozen, is 6d a packet, each packet contains two drenches. Mr D. Buchanan, Palmerston North, the ramous Ayrshire breeder, writes: "To get the best results the herd must be kept healthy. I have used Sykes' Drench on my herd or Ayrshlres Tor many years, and have found It Invaluable as a tonic and cleanser at calving time—always reliable." (74)
