Harly as a passenger, was' approaching Uio Lake Road crossing at about 3 p.m., a train suddenly appeared. To avoid a collision Miss McNicol swerved -the car to the side of IflQ road, and it collided wiUi a borough' workman named Hammond, breaking his leg. Ho was conveyed to the Hospital.
