SCOTT, THE ESCAPEE.

ANOTHER STEED SECURED. (By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) TE AWAMUTU, Monday. The escapee Scott, who made away from Wlaikeria last Monday, has so far evaded arrest. The horse, which he stole from the institution has been recovered, being found tethered in the

bush a few miles from Waikeria. On Thursday night a light was seen in a shed on a farm at Puahue, and the morning following a horse, saddle and bridle were missing. Apparently the escapee was responsible. Since then no further clues have (been secured. The horse is a brown upstanding geldmg, with one white foreleg. It is shod on three feet only.
