MISSION OF HEALING.
MR HICKSON'S ARRIVAL. The arrangements In connection; with the Christian'Healing Mission are now completed. It has meant a greafi deal of work for the secretaries and! heads of the various sections, but tho response to appeals for assistance has been so spontaneous and generoud from all sections of the ■community, that they have met little difficulty in! completing their plans. Sympathetic reference to the mis* sion was made in all the churches yes-, terday.
The intercessory services are being well attended and there is a great feeling of expectancy abroad. The mission should therefore be inaugurated, in a right atmosphere. Following on the reports front Auokland, there have been many applir cations from patients anxious to gci forward. It has, however, been found impossible to grant these. A supple--mentary list has now been opened, and it is probable that a further mission.' will be held in a few weeks time. Mr Hickson arrived in Hamilton bjj to-day's express.
