STRESEMANN SUMMONED. TO FORM NEW MINISTRY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn. BERLIN, October 3. The Stresemann Cabinet has resigned. • LONDON, October 4.

Berlin advices state that Herr Stresemann has been charged wtih the duty of forming a new Cabinet. The Berlin correspendent of the Daily Chronicle states that Dr. Stresemann, to facilitate his task of reconstructing the Cabinet, wMI reduce the number of Ministries to a minimum. He hopes the list will be ready in 24 hours. The Ministry will be an emergency administration for clearing up foreign affairs, and will be composed of business men free from party politics. *
