43 SINCE THE ARMISTICE,

It is officially announced that the construction has commenced of four new submarines', wh'icli it is claimed will bo the world's speediest and most powerful. Four more are to be constructed in 192-i. Under Italy's programme 43 submarines have been completed since the armistice.
