EXECUTIVE MEETING A meeting or the executive of the Waikato A. and P. Association' was heW yesterday, Mr F. R. Seddon presiding. • It was decided to purchase ten coverings to cover Ihe remaining stock stud pons. The tender of the Tifiln Catering Company for sole rights at the forthcoming show was accepted. •V cheque for £J7f« was received from the Trotting Club in t'ull settlement of the Club's indebtedness to the Association.

Mr O. H. Edwards wrote agreeing to act as honorary handicapper for Ihe trolling and pacing exhibition to take place on the second day of the show.

It was- reported that arrangements for the show were now well in hand.
