A youthful Lance-Corporal named Gearnley, of the First Leicester Regiment, has been arrested at Aldershot, on a charge of murdering a drummer, named Ellis, of the same battalion on May 23. The body was recently discovered hidden in a thicket. The drummer was concerned in a “crown and anchor” school, and apparently was murdered for the money he'S:arried.
