REVISED REGULATIONS. BETTER RESULTS HOPED FOR. (By Telegraph.—Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, Friday. The whole matter of control of the cattle tick was gone into with' the local authorities by Dr. C. J. Reakes, Director-General of Agriculture, during his recent Northern tour, and arrangements have been made to carry out the season’s work under the revised regulations. Dr. Reakes states that the knowledge that was gained by the department’s investigations during the past year is expected to bring about a definite improvement in the control of the tick.
