BLENHEIM, Monday. At the Marlborough boxing tourney P. Vercoe knocked out Tim Slattery (Wellington) in the fourth round after felling him twice for eight and once for four. F. Broughan beat H. Hobson (Wellington) by a narrow margin over four rounds. Dwyor (Wellington) beat W. Slattery in four rounds.
