H.M.S. GERANIUM.
ON REEF OFF FELLEW ISLAND.

The secretary of the General Post Office has received the following report from the superintendent, radio, Awanui: "At 11.15 p.m. on June 27, H.M.A.S. Fantome stated that the Geranium reports having struck a reef off Pellew Islands. She was damaged as far as the foremost funnel at the time of the mishap. The Navy Office instructed the Fantome to proceed and render assistance to the Geranium."
