PRISONERS SENTENCED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. AUCKLAND, Wednesday. At the Supreme Court His Honor the Chief Justice Sir Robert Stout, sentenced John Martin Hodge for an indecent assault on his daughter, aged 13, at Tauranga. to four years' reformative detention; 'Hector Augustus Hale, 21, carnal knowledge, two years' reformative; Robert Hax, forgery, uttering and false pretences, 18 months' probation and restitution; John Thomas Henry Wilkes and John Henry Labrnm, assault and robbery ■ Wilkes two years' probation, Lnhrn"! six months imprisonment; Frank Linton and Robert Frederick Edwin Ellco, series of burglaries, three years' reformative; Henry Forysyth. issuing valueless cheques, 12 months in prison.
