The Daily Mail’s Berlin correspondent reports that a daughter of General Brusiloff, Red Army commander, and formerly the Czar’s Comrnander-in-Chicf, was executed by Bolsheviks at Moscow for concealing sacred vessels to prevent them falling Into the hands of the Bolsheviks. She was informed that in view of her father’s services a petition for pardon would be favourably considered. She replied: “ I cannot accept a pardon from the bloody hands of the executioners of Russian people.” She was therefore shot.
