Won by a length, with a neck between second and third. Time, 3.50 1-5. Winter Handicap.—Heather Kin_g (9.10) 1, Westerner (10. i) 2, Doleful Ditty (10.1) 3. Scratched: Miss Gazeley and Perplexity, Won by two lengths, with three lengths between second and third. Time, 2.1 3-5. Ladies' Bracelet. —Toa Taua (11.9) 1, Maunga (10.7) 2, Complimentary (10.7) 3. All started. Won by a neck. Time, 2.49. Herelaunga' Handicap. —• CiVilform (10.12) 1, Kahikatea (9.0) 2, Strategy (10.10) 3. Won by half a length. Time, 1.24 2-5. •The totalisator handled £16,607 for the day.

The weather is line, but the course is slightly heavy. The attendance is good. Results: — Kidnappers' Hack Handicap—Heather King (10.9) 1, Mountain Peer (0.8) 2, Pink Rose (10.6) 3. All started. Wort by a length, wilh three lengths between, second and third. Time, 1.25 2-5.
Havclock Steeplechase—Noble (9.0) 1, Scadown (12.8) 2, Merry Owen (10.7) 3. All started. Won by six lengths, witli eight lengths between, second and third. Time, 4.24 4-5.
Turamoe Handicap Hurdles. —Nukumai (10.0), 1, Kyoto (9.11) 2, Kail (10.7) 3. Scratched: Highway. Won by three lengths, Kail being four lengths away. Time, 3.21 1-5.
