LOANS. RAGLAN COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO BORROW LOAN OF £2500 FOR FORMATION OF WAIKOREA-WAIMAI ROAD AND FORMATION OF WORKS ON TUB WAIKORBA VALLEY AND COAST ROADS. "VTOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Raglan County'Council, under the provisions of the Counties’ Act, 1920, the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and amendmeuts thereto, and all other Acts it in that behalf enabling and .subject to the consent of the Governor-in-Coun-cil being obtained under the provisions of The Finance Act, 1919, and its amendments, to borrow the sum of £2500 to be allocated as to £2OOO for the formation of the Wailcorea to Waimai Road, as to £450 for formation work on the Waikorea Valley Road, and as to the balance of £SO for formation work on the Coast Road, and as security for the pay-, ment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the said loan to make and levy a Special Rate of one penny and a farthing in the £ upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Waikorea-Waimai Special Rating District of the said County, and it is the intention to payout of the loan the first year’s interest and sinking fund. The loan is for a period of not exceeding 36V years at a rate of interest not to exceed six pounds per centum per annum, together with any additional charge necessary to provide the necessary sinking fund.
