Messrs Da.lgcly and Co., Ltd., arc in receipt of Hie following cab.l c from their London office, under date 6th November: — "New Zealand prime crossbred lamb, Canterbury, heavy lOgd, 'light 12Jd; North Isand, heavy. JOid, light 12d. Th e demand, for New Zealand lamb is limited, and prices arc weaker.
"New Zealand crossbred mutton, Canterbury not quoted; North Island, heavy 72d, light B|d. The demand for New Zealand mutton has been checked by increased prices asked, and prices firm.
"New Zealand ox beef, hinds 4Jd, fores 3id. Demand for New Zealand beef moderate, and -prices steady. "Good average quality crossbred lamb, Australian, heavy not quoted, light 11 id to 12d per lb. Demand for Australian .lamb limited. "Good average quality crossbred mutton, Australian, heavy 6Ad, light "id. Demand for Australian mutton fair."
