Opening an office in Hamilton in 1918, the progress of Mr R. H. Wood, "The Live Agent," has been noted by all the residents of this rising town, and is to-day one of the premier businesses in th c land agency line. The window displays arc always prominent, and show great taste, impressing visitors, and many sales have been made through the way the properties have been shown. The secret of his success lies in the fact that he _ is always ready at all hours to transact business, his car being at the service of all intending purchasers from early morning to late at night. The numerous properties, farms, houses, and sections testify lliat the owners of land realise that lie really is what he advertises —"The Live Agent." It docs not mailer whether you require a large or small place, he has the very thing to suit, and can always arrange the finance to every client. Houses have been built to suit both the pocket and personal taste of many people, especially during the past ft-w months, it being recognised that in this way the shortage of houses, not onl yin Hamilton, but all over New Zealand, can be overcome. Our representative was astounded at the number of callers at the offices of this agent, yet he always had a 3heery word for all, and it was evident that the majority of them were satisfied clients.
