HELP FOR AUSTRIA
A BANKERS’ PROPOSAL. (Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received September 7, 12.30 p.m, LONDON, September 6. The Daily Express states that a group £)f powerful hankers have agreed to offer Austria, subject to the approval of the Reparations Commission, between £20,000,000 and £30,000,000 on Austria’s import revenues, subject to a moratorium for live years in regard to the war indemnity.
