A male child, aged 16 weeks, was found suffocated in its cot on Saturday morning. The child had been fed at 11 o'clock the previous night, and was found with a blanket over its mouth tightly clenched with both hands. The infant was boarded in a licensed home. The finding of the coroner, Mr Mosley, was that death was due to suffocation, no blame beting attachable to anyone.
