ALLEGATION OF FRAUD
BETTING TELEGRAMS. By Telegraph. —Press Association. PALMERSTON NORTH, Tuesday. Frederick John Kendlc and Walter Goodyer were charged before Mr J. L. Stout', S.M., to-day that on July 15, at Feilding limy did falsify telegrams relating to Some Fashion and Romance at (he recent Trcnlhani meeting, and thereby obtained from William Prince £2OO and £OS.
Both pleaded guilty, and were committed for trial at Palmerston North.
