Sir George Paish, speaking at the League of Nations’ demonstration, urged that outstanding international controversies should be immediately referred to the League, in which Russia and Germany should be included. The world should come to the assistance of Europe, and every nation capable of lending should lend. Sir George Paish declared that the policy of France is uniting Russia and Ger--many.
