It Is worn with a frock girdled with flowers, or with a floral wreath, or is sometimes the only decorative note of an otherwise severely simple toilette, and, since even day frocks are to be sleeveless this season, it will probably gain considerably in favour. A row of tiny silk rosebuds, clustered together so as to conceal the narrowribbon foundation on I" which they are sewn; a band of forget-me-nots of varying shades of blue; or small blossoms on black velvet, a smart variation. make charming armlets, the ribbon foundation being secured round the upper arm by a wee dress-fastener. As an elaboration upon !his, two or three streamers of ribbon arc sometimes attached to the armlet, and a floral wristlet is occasionally connected to it by ribbons.
