VICE-REGAL VISIT
AT HAMILTON TO-MORROW. To-morrowq the Governor-General* Viscount Jellicoe, and Lady Jellicoe, will leave Auckland by motor car for Mercer, where His Excellency will unveil a war memorial. Their Excellencies will then proceed to Hamilton, and Lady Jellicoe will present badges to Girl Peace Scouts at a concert in the evening. / On Saturday the Vice-Regal party will visit Raglan, where His Excellency will unveil the soldiers’ memorial at 10.30 a.m. A civic reception and a luncheon will follow.
On Sunday afternoon Lord Jellicoe will unveil another memorial- at Morrinsville, and on Monday wall pay an official visit to Cambridge. The party will then travel to Tokaanu for a few r days’ fishing. The tour is expected to last over a week.
