VISCOUNT JELLICOE
VISIT TO WAIKATO. His Worship the Mayor of Cambridge' (Mr 5. Lewis) has received the following telegram from Captain A. K. Curtis, private secretary to His Excellency the Governor-General, Viscount Jellicoe:— “Their Excellencies propose to spend the night of April 30 at Morrinsville, and would like to visit Cambridge tn the morning of Monday, May 1. They will arrive at 10.45 a.m., and leave for Hamilton at 12.35 p.m. Letter follows. HAMILTON GIRL PEACE SCOUTS. PRESENTATION OF BADGES. BY LADY JELLICOE. Her Excellency Lady Jellicoe has notified Mrs Carless, the district secretary of the Girls’ Peaoe Scouts, that she will visit Hamilton on Friday, 28th inst., and will be pleased to present the badges to the girl scouts at a concert to be held in the Theatre Royal in the evening. MORRINSVILLE fWAR MEMORIAL. OFFICIAL UNVEILING. Advice has been received by His Worship the Mayor of Morrinsville (Mr F. J. Marshall) that Lord Jellicoe, accompanied by Lady Jellicoe, will arrive in Morrinsville on Sunday, April 30, for the purpose of unveiling the War Memorial. The function wiU take place at 3.30 p.m.
