(4) Notices of Motion: (a) Mr Mervyn Wells gives notice that he will move as follows: "That all signatories to a joint and several guarantee or any other guarantors of the Company's credit shall be' paid on a basis of their supply of Butter-fat such additional price as the Directors may decide as equitable, but that an additional price shall be paid." (b) "That part of Article 89 which reads as follows, be deleted: No person %hall be eligible for election to the office of Director unless he shall first have signed any bond or guarantee held at the time by the Bank or any other lending institution on any of the property or assets of the Company." (c) Mr P. W. Stanley gives notice that he will move'as follows: — "That each Factory be placed on an independent footing and that suppliers' committees be appointed at each Factory to assist the Manager in the supervision of same. Suppliers to continue supplying the same Factories as in the 1920-21 season, changes only to be made on the recommendation of the General Manager and approved by the Committees of the Factories concerned. Pro rata charges to be made against each Factory for general management expenses, making Butter, Whey Butter, Storage of Cheese, etc-. All carting charges to be kept separate." (5) General. The security and provision for repayment of the loan shall be a special rate on a uniform scale of lid (one penny and three-eighths of a penny) in the £ on the capital rateable value of all rateable lands shown on the Special Roll prepared, signed and initialled as required in Regulations under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and amendments thereof. The loan to have a currency of 36J years, and bear interest at 4A per cent per annum. The c;ost of raising the loan and the interest for the first year to be paid out of the loan.
