NEGOTIATIONS FOR SETTLEMENT.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Assn.) Received October 7, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, October 6. It is understood that Mr Lloyd George, Lord Birkenhead, Sir L. Worthington Evans, Sir H. Greenwood, and Mi\ Winston Churchill will negotiate for an Irish settlement. The Sinn Fein delegates will arrive in Loudon on Saturday evening.
