INQUEST ON CHILD. An inrjucst into the cause of death of Frank <;era, the five-year-old son of Anthony flora, of Dnni, was held at Ngaruawahia, before Mr 11. A. Young, district coroner, yesterday. The evidence showed that the boy went into a paddock surrounding the house, when he was heard calling the horses, some time later the father went to look for him and found him lying on the ground unconscious and biecding profusely from a large wound on the head. The boy was taken In a private hospital in Ngaruawahia, where he was operated upon next morning, lie died next day. Dr. Martin stated that from the extent of the laceration and fracture he was satisfied the boy had been kicked by a horse. >

The coroner's finding was that deceased had met his death through injuries received by being accidentally kicked by a horse.
