GERMAN GENERAL EXPELLED. A DANGER TO PEACE. Received August 3, 5.5 p.m. LONDON, August 2. The Times' Brussels correspondent reports dial the Rhincland High commission has expelled from Ihc occupied area the German General, von Tossman, on the ground that his presence was a danger to the occupying l.roons, as his name figures on the Belgian list of war criminals.
